AirAsia guest can now choose between a two-year validity credit account or unlimited change of flight to flights departing from October 31, 2020 with a flight booking starting from 23 March to 31 July 2020. 

An automatic validation extension for up to two years will also be available for future travel for all previous credit accounts issued for COVID-19 related disruptions.

Guests can refer to the COVID-19 Guide for step-by-step instructions on how to use the airline’s AI chatbot AVA to make their selection.

In the next weeks, the term of validity will also automatically be extended to 2 years for all unused credit accounts issued to guests affected by COVID-19 travel disruptions.

No action is required from these guests. The information can only be used for online bookings made directly via our website, the airline stated in its statement.
