The Gin Mare Art of Hospitality Award is awarded to Les Amis in Singapore in 2020. The Gin Mare Art of Hospitality Award honors a restaurant that demonstrates excellent service and excellent hospitality, which is founded by Asia's 50 Best Restaurants voting Academy.

William Drew, Content Director of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants says, "Since 1994 Les Amis has been a fine dining institution in Singapore and is well known for having the best wine lists in the country.

The French Chef Sebastien Lepinoy has set up a residency program to send young workers to visit French producers and train them on the job, as part of the restorants  dedication and quality at the front. The training helps staff to specialize in a certain area and makes the restaurant a expert in a particular field.

Les Amis is the first to win the Gin Mare Art of Hospitality Award in Singapore.

"One of the things that we, the Mediterranean people, do best to do is represent The Art of Hospitality," says Joaquin Villanueva, global marketing director, at the Gin Mare.

As part of the 8 th annual Asia 50 Best Restaurants Award of S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, Chef Lepinoy will collect his Trophy. The event takes the form of a virtual award ceremony that takes place on Tuesday, 24 March from 4 p.m. (HK / SG; 17 p.m. JPN) at the Asian 50 best restaurants Facebook page and on YouTube channel .
