MALAYSIA:

AirAsia Bhd announced that it would continue to operate its domestic flight services throughout the implementation of the Movement Control Order (MCO) from 13 to 26 January.

In an announcement, AirAsia said passengers must have valid police approval before their departure and comply with those states' specific entry requirements.

"Affected guests departing between Jan 13 and 26 who do not wish to travel during this period can cancel their flights voluntarily and opt for unlimited flight changes.

"Change can be made to any new travel date before March 31 on the same route for an unlimited number of times without any additional cost, subject to seat availability," it said.

In the meantime, passengers who are affected by the cancellation of flights during the MCO will receive an email or SMS indicating their available options.
