The travel companion app named Tripset was launched by Airbus. The application aggregates and provides information on flight and travel to facilitate trust and restore passenger trust during the COVID-19 pandemic on an end-to-end journey.

The app enables passengers to be informed without several sources of information about the latest and most relevant conditions, restrictions, and health requirements.

Ongoingly changing international travel constraints can make the journey of passengers challenging.

Therefore Airbus is introducing the travel companion application based on its iflyA380 app's architecture and experience to give up-to-date information in real-time to the flying public to ensure a healthy, secure and efficient journey.

Tripset provides airport, aircraft and airline-agnostics with two interfaces that allow passengers to know both currently available flights and the destinations they are able to fly. The app gives passengers information about what to expect at their departure and arrival destinations once a ticket has been purchased.

Tripset is part of Airbus' ongoing commitment, in collaboration with airlines, industry partners, and regulatory agencies, to encourage the flying public to maintain trust in air travel by supporting the safe and well-coordinated return to flight, which is critical for economic recovery following COVID-19.
