KUALA LUMPUR:

Southeast Asia's leading holiday ownership programme, Anantara Vacation Club, has launched new online features in order to better meet the demands of digital travelers.

Club points owners will now benefit from more versatility worldwide, new packages for stays, and better user experience while planning their next holiday by means of comprehensive in-house technology development.

A statement was made in July that Anantara Vacation Club launched a new PointsPay web-based feature that allows for the inclusion of holiday package add-ons when making reservations online.

Club Points Owners can choose to add daily breakfasts, pick up and drop off private airport, purchase resort credit and take full advantage of F&B's exclusive deals, for example when reserving through the use of the Club website or when they contact Club Services directly.

All Club Points Owners can cancel or change any existing reservation under the conditions of the selected property from September. All registered web users can log in with just a few clicks, preview their current reservations, and change their travel dates based on real-time availability.

These new features are in line with the new home-grown cloud system, dubbed ECHO, introduced by Anantara Vacation Club that enables seamless reservation management as well as point tracking across multiple platforms.

As 2020 draws to a close, Anantara Vacation Club will continue to advance innovations in technology that better service Club Points Owners worldwide and facilitate the authentic travel experiences that keep them coming back for more.
