FRANCE:

For fully vaccinated travellers, France has relaxed travel restrictions, although it still advises against visiting countries on the "red" list.

“Fully vaccinated travellers, regardless of their country of origin, are no longer subject to travel restrictions to or from France. “We strongly warn against travel from France to countries on the red list,” the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs said in a travel advisory.

Tunisia, Mozambique, Cuba, and Indonesia have been added to the red list, according to the advice. Non-vaccinated travelers arriving from Spain, Portugal, Cyprus, the Netherlands, or Greece must also submit a negative PCR or antigenic test performed less than 24 hours prior to departure.

According to the Ministry, non-vaccinated travelers travelling from the United Kingdom must present a negative PCR or antigenic test taken less than 24 hours before departure while boarding.
