Philippine:

The Philippines Department of Tourism (DOT) aims to entice more operations between the United States and the Philippines to develop better infrastructure in the Asian county to alleviate long travel times between the two countries.

In 2022, over half a million travelers visited the Philippines from the United States, albeit only one carrier operating direct flights between the US mainland and Manila (Philippine Airlines); aside from that, all travelers must fly indirectly.

Limited direct flights to the USA
Currently, Philippine Airlines maintains services to a handful of North American ports, Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), New York JFK (JFK), Vancouver International Airport (YVR), and Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ). The carrier also flies to Hawaii and Guam. The Department of Tourism aims to change that, with Tourism Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco noting to PhilStar:

Frasco recently traveled to California to meet with industry and express her country's gratitude for the consistent number of travelers. The United States remains the Philippines' number one source of visitor numbers since the government permitted international arrivals post-pandemic in February 2022.

Direct with Philippine Airlines
The Philippine national carrier operates its double daily direct flights between Los Angeles and Manila, following the below schedule, both serviced by the airlines Boeing 777-300:

PR102, departing Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL) at 21:05, arriving at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) at 19:50 the same day.
PR103, departing from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) at 23:40 and arriving at Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL) at 05:40, two days later.
PR112, departing Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL) at 11:05, arriving at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) at 09:50 the same day.
PR113, departing from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) at 12:50 and arriving at Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL) at 18:30 the next day.
