Turkish Airlines to resume flights to Mashad

The head of the Mashhad Hashemi Nejad International Airport for Public relations on Tuesday said Turkish Airlines should resume flights to Mashad, after 11 months of pandemic.

Hassan Jafari said that Turkey's Turkish Airlines flag carrier will resume on 24 January to operate from Istanbul to Mashad.

With the outbreak of Covid-19, Turkish Airlines has cancelled many flights in the last 11 months, including to Mashad, and vice versa.

Turkish Airlines will resume its flight from Istanbul to Mashad after the restraint of its restrictions and vice versa on the 24th January from the international airport Mashhad Hashemi Nejad.

Mashad-Istanbul flights are scheduled every Tuesday and Thursday, Mohammadi added.
