VIETNAM :

Glow Hotels & Resorts has been acquired by Fusion Hotels & Resorts, one of Vietnam's most well-known domestic hotel brands and management companies.

Glow, headquartered in Thailand, operates hotels in Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam.

Fusion Hotels & Resorts' position as a leading hotel brand and management company will be cemented, and the company will be well-positioned for future growth in the dynamic and rapidly growing Southeast Asian tourism market.

The combined brand would have almost 4,000 rooms after the merger.

“The merger ushers in a new chapter for both Fusion and Glow, allowing them to continue improving services to their customers, driving future growth, and delivering value to shareholders,” said Kevin Beauvais, Fusion's new CEO.

Beauvais has extensive hotel operations and executive management experience, most recently as the founder and CEO of InVision Hospitality and Glow Hotels & Resorts.

Fusion is owned by Lodgis Hospitality Holdings, a lodging investment platform.
