MALAYSIA:

Legoland Malaysia Resort (Legoland) has partnered Touch ‘n Go (TNG) to give visitors a seamless and convenient time at the theme park.

Visitors can enjoy discounts and hassle-free experience when they go cashless.

With the new partnership, visitors can pay for everything with the TNG eWallet, and those who go cashless will also enjoy discounts until the end of the year.

The promotion includes 35% off four one-day tickets and combo tickets per transaction, as well as 10% off on retail and food.

TNG chief executive officer Ignatius Ong said the move was to drive the country into the digital age.

“We are promoting our eWallet. Cashless payments are a step towards transforming Malaysia into a truly digital country,” he said.

Legoland general manager Kurt Stocks said the partnership would improve the experience of visitors.

“We are always embracing new technology to enhance our offerings. With this seamless form of payment, families can spend more time creating memories and learning through play,” he added.

TNG eWallet has some 5.5 million users in Malaysia, with more than 100,000 merchants who accept payments through the app.
