Located at the seaside town of Sihanoukville, the project spans approximately 160,000sqm with a construction area of 980,000sqm and aims to bring high-end shopping, hospitality, and entertainment options to the region.

The project is led by a partnership between Luxury Business Group (LBG), MAD, and Peninsula Bay Investment Co, which is collaborating on the retail and hospitality strategy.

With plans to attract international brands and affluent visitors, it is poised as one of the country’s largest commercial developments.
