Tourism Malaysia London has enlisted the services of ATW Travel Marketing as its official PR agency in anticipation of Visit Malaysia Year 2026. This partnership signifies the first dedicated collaboration with a PR agency for Tourism Malaysia London since the pandemic, signaling a promising resurgence in the country’s tourism sector. With its diverse attractions, vibrant cultural heritage, picturesque landscapes, tropical climate, and delectable cuisine, Malaysia is once again enticing travelers.

ATW Travel Marketing will craft and execute a comprehensive PR strategy aimed at raising awareness for Visit Malaysia Year 2026, generating favorable media coverage, and enticing international tourists to explore Malaysia. Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has set ambitious targets of welcoming 27.3 million foreign visitors in 2026, with an expected domestic spending of RM102.7 billion. To bolster these efforts, the government has allocated RM350 million to enhance tourism promotions and activities, with the aim of reinstating Malaysia as a premier global tourist destination. Datuk Seri Anwar, also serving as the Finance Minister, highlighted plans to organize Visit Malaysia Year 2026 and collaborate with industry stakeholders to promote tourism endeavors both domestically and internationally. Additionally, support will be extended to over 200 cultural activists to facilitate the organization of arts and cultural events.
