Selangor State Government has not been ignoring the challenges faced by Selangor’s tourism industry players as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. If the previous year saw Selangor State Government allocating RM 2.6 million to the tourism industry through Selangor’s Economic Recovery Plan 2020; this year, there is a new hope for the tourism industry in Selangor with the announcement of the Kita Selangor 2.0 Package by Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari, Menteri Besar of Selangor on 9 June 2021.
