The Bazaar Jom Cuti-Cuti Malaysia 2025 wrapped up its second successful edition at East Coast Mall, Kuantan, after drawing in thousands of visitors over three vibrant days from 16 to 18 May 2025. Organised by TIN Media in collaboration with the Malaysian Association of Hotels (MAH) and supported by Tourism MalaysiaTourism Pahang, and Majlis Bandaraya Kuantan, the event solidified its position as one of the East Coast’s most impactful domestic tourism showcases.

 

Launched by key tourism and government figures including YB Puan Leong Yu ManDato’ Khoo Boo LimTuan Haji Mohd Nizam Bin MahayuddinMr. Mohd Azizul Arif Hj Yahaya, and Ms. Nalini, the bazaar marked a significant step toward energising domestic travel ahead of Visit Malaysia Year 2026.

Spanning three full days, the event offered a colourful mix of entertainment, unbeatable travel promotions, and interactive public engagement:

 

  • RM20 cash vouchers were distributed to early-bird shoppers, spurring strong retail participation.

  • Free massages and ice cream giveaways added a relaxing and festive touch for families and tourists alike.

  • Harmony Music Fest, in collaboration with Persatuan Musik Malaysia, brought daily live performances that transformed the venue into a vibrant cultural hub.

  • Visitors also stood a chance to win from RM100,000 worth of lucky draw prizes, including luxurious hotel stays and travel packages.

 

 

More than a travel fair, the bazaar acted as a catalyst for local economic growth by empowering small businesses, homegrown brands, and tourism entrepreneurs with direct consumer access and visibility.
