Ali-Asghar Shalbafian, Iran's Deputy Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourist, and Handicrafts, and Chang Hua, China's Ambassador to Tehran, discussed methods to expand tourism cooperation. The ambassador stated that focusing on what Chinese tourists are interested in can help Iran become a more appealing tourism destination.

With 50 percent or more female workers and women in 43 percent of senior positions, Trip.com tops the industry in female representation.


The latest corporate data from Trip.com Group highlights the company's role in boosting female representation and gender equality in the industry, according to the company. Women account for more than half of Trip.com Group employees, well above the industry norm, with women accounting for 43 percent of mid-level management positions.
