SAUDI ARABIA:

On Friday Saudi Arabia declared that travel restrictions will be lifted from 31 March.

The Interior Ministry stressed the decision to completely remove the ban on all international flights and to reopen all land and seaport areas.

Subsequently, citizens of Saudi Arabia are allowed to travel abroad and return.

The delay in lifting the restrictions planned for this month is triggered by the COVID-19 outbreak in some countries and the spread of the latest strain of the virus.

The ministry also said it had been agreed to maintain the quantities needed of COVID-19 vaccines for the entire kingdom until the end  of March.
