As only a few tourism spot has begun to operate in the country, Penang state tourism has requested that only four tourism spots with a minimum of four to five hectares of land be tested before the complete restoration of tourism activity in the state. Tourists must make reservations in advance of the tour, and only 30 persons can be at certain locations at any given time. Once the proposal has been approved by the National Security Council (NSC), the test run will begin.
