Enticing holiday packages for frontline staff, as a token of appreciation

Twenty industry players from the Langkawi tourism sectors teamed together to offer COVID-19 front liners enticing holiday packages after the Movement Control Order (MCO) ends.

They include hotels, tour guides, tour operators, laundrette operators, and boat operators.

Coalition spokesperson,Razmi Rahmat said the offer is open to frontlines all over the country of the doctors, nurses, police, the Armed Forces, firemen and others for the efforts made in order to stop the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.

"There are also other special deals available for frontline travelers to Langkawi for their holidays, including free entry into SkyCab Langkawi and Langkawi Wildlife Park, and boating around the islands during a sunset," he said.

Razmi, who is also the manager of Adya Hotel, said that a special Facebook account will be set up to provide information on the packages.
