SARAWAK:

Foreign citizens who have been in Malaysia continuously for at least 30 days may enter Sarawak without quarantining, says Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah embas, Deputy Chief Minister.

However, Uggah, State Disaster Management Committee (JPBN) chairman, said that they still need to obtain permission from JPBN online at http:/sdmc.sarawak.gov.my.

On another point, he said that even though social gatherings were permitted to be held, the longhouse and villages still had to obey the guidelines laid down by the committee.

“Among the guidelines are not more than 250 attendees or less, depending on the space size, and ensuring social distancing,” he said during a JPBN daily news conference.
