Penang Hosts 52nd ARTDO International Conference with Global Delegates

The 52nd ARTDO International World Conference officially opened at the Eastern & Oriental Hotel, Penang, gathering over 250 delegates from 20 countries across Asia, Africa, Europe, and beyond.

 

Organised from July 27 to 29, 2025, the prestigious event was launched with the presence of Malaysia’s Minister of Human Resources, YB Steven Sim Chee Keong, who officiated the opening ceremony alongside Mr. Keng Chong Yan, President of the 52nd ARTDO Conference, and Organising Chairman Datuk Dr Thomas Chee.

 

This year’s theme, “High Performance Organizations through Talent Acceleration, Coaching Culture, and Digital Leadership”, sets the tone for discussions focused on building future-ready leaders, embracing coaching cultures, and leveraging digital innovation to drive workforce performance.

 

In his keynote address, YB Steven Sim highlighted the importance of equipping workers with the necessary skills in the age of AI and digital transformation.

 

The conference features expert talks, panel discussions, networking sessions, cultural showcases, and a fellowship dinner, with strong support from the Penang State Government and its relevant agencies.

 

Last year’s conference was held in Danang, Vietnam.
