The Penang International Travel Exchange (PITE) 2025 is set to return this year, reaffirming Penang’s position as a premier hub for international tourism and business events.

Organised by the Penang Convention & Exhibition Bureau (PCEB), the annual event brings together international buyers, local exhibitors, and travel trade professionals for high-impact business-to-business (B2B) exchanges. PITE has grown to become a key platform for Penang and Malaysia to showcase their tourism products, ranging from cultural heritage and eco-tourism to luxury experiences and world-class MICE facilities.

This year, PITE 2025 will feature:

• 60 exhibitors from across Malaysia

• Tailored matchmaking appointments

• Strategic networking opportunities

• Enhanced “Privilege Penang” incentives for delegates

The programme will include scheduled business appointments, destination showcases, and networking sessions designed to create long-term partnerships. In addition, buyers will be given the opportunity to experience Penang first-hand through curated site visits, highlighting the state’s unique blend of history, culture, and modern infrastructure.
