Meteor group CEO sparks tourism initiative with DHS

METEOR Sdn. Bhd Group CEO, Encik Afiq Bin Redzuan and the team had a discussion with DHS Hospitality Academy Group Director Dr S. Sri Kumar on the possibility to offer sponsorship programs for unemployed youths in all OUM learning Centers vicinity throughout Malaysia along with the offering and promoting of the Bachelors of Tourism program by OUM.

Encik Afiq Redzuan who has an extensive background in the Hospitality Industry shared the current issues faced by the industry and proposed constructive approaches to manage the challenges faced. In the meeting and discussion, METEOR was represented by Encik Afiq, Puan Nurul the Group Chief Finance Officer, and Encik Muhammad Nurhadi Group Chief Commercial Officer, Assoc. Prof Dr Izanne the President / Vice-Chancellor of OUM and other members of the OUM team.

During the discussion, Encik Afiq shared on the training approach of Marriott Hotel and other leading brands within the Hospitality Industry. DHS also shared information on the EDU TECH  platform that has been developed by the TIN TECH group which would offer 3oo over programs ranging from Certificate to MBA. The meeting was an initiative brought forward by Assoc Prof Dr Izannee.
